| Wolf/Coyote may be added to any hunt for the cost of license (approximately $50.00) with an additional trophy fee of $500.00 per wolf and $300.00 per coyote harvested. This trophy fee includes skinning and preparing wolf for transport. Wolves require special permits to cross the border. Costs for permit is at the hunters expense. |
• A non-refundable
deposit of 50% is required to lock in
your dates.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to hunt date.
• If you book more than one year out from the hunt
date only 25 percent required.
• All deposits are non refundable but can be transfered
to another new hunter.
• All hunt prices are in US Funds.
• A wounded animal is considered a kill..
Included in the cost of the hunt:
Transportation from your hotel to/from camp
Transportation during the hunt
All meals & accommodations during the hunt
Guiding service
Trophy care
Not Included in the cost of the hunt:
Alcoholic beverages
Gratuities for guides and cooks
Hotel rooms for the day you arrive and the day you leave.
Taxidermy
Meat processing
Shipping your trophies and/or meat
5% GST on cost of hunt
License fees

Contract - Please complete this form online, print and send with deposit, client information sheet and liabiliy waiver to secure your spot in camp.
Client Information Sheet - Please complete this form online, print and mail along with the agreement for services contract and liability waiver. Each hunter is required to complete this form. Hunters with special needs or disabilities please be sure to complete this section on the form to let us know before you get into camp so we can make the necessary arrangements. (e.g. special diet, mobility restrictions, etc..)
Liability Waiver - please complete this form and mail with the Client Information sheet and Agreement for Services Contract
